Introduction:
Territory Class Characters. Territory Class: Territory class characters have abilities that activate when put in battle in the same way as all other characters. The abilities also activate each time the character is put in a territory. Territory class character abilities that are active outside of battle are active while the character remains in the territory. Territory class characters are distinguished by a tan icon with a tent and palm trees below the icon box. |
Released: 2014

Gamaliel's Speech is pretty much a staple in any deck I play clay or gray in. The only downfall is once it's played as a territory class it can easily be discarded.
|
Messenger of Satan gives some extreme draw power. You can set yourself up well after underdecking something you needed and being able to band to a human while it cannot be prevented just adds to the greatness of this card.
|
Shipwreck is awesome at what it does, getting rid of a Fortress or Site very quickly. The only problem with this card is being able to replace the many other amazing dominants that are in almost every deck with the dominant rule.

TEC was released in two phases.
Phase 1 was cards 1-72 and was released in two printings--Print 1 was released at Nationals 2014 and Print 2 was released after the mentioned updates were made following Nationals.
A couple months later, Phase 2 was released (cards 73-146) and "Phase 2 Only" packs were available for a short time before Rob eventually combined the two Phases into the same packs.
First phase TEC (the cards released at Nationals 2014) did not have card #s or the "R" or "UR" for the rares and ultra-rares. The cards below were also changed from the first phase to the second phase.
#1 The Holy Spirit - Place in your territory. when your N.T. Hero enters battle, you may search your deck or discard pile for a Fruit of the Spirit Enhancement.
#16 Nicanor - While you control another deacon (or Widows' Tables), if an opponent draws because of his special ability (except Nicanor), instead each player draws 1. Cannot be interrupted.
#18 Parmenas - You may discard a clay Enhancement from hand (or place it on Widows' Tables) to negate an evil card and return it to owner's hand.
#40 Coming of the Spirit - Search deck or discard pile for The Holy Spirit. Place it on your disciple: It gains clay brigade. Cannot be negated.
#48 Seek and Destroy - is mono black, not black/brown.
#60 Patience - Place on your clay or green Hero: At the end of your turn, if you did not use a draw or search ability, search a deck for a Lost Soul or Hero and put it in play.
#64 Partners with Demons - If used by a human, band to a demon. If used by a demon, discard a card in your territory to negate and discard a card in opponent's territory (except Lost Soul cards).
#72 Evil Strength - Second release version does not have "cannot be interrupted".
